Search campaigns, Local Services Ads and call tracking, plus the automations that catch the calls you miss and put them on your calendar. Run by one person who has spent his own money on Google Ads for five years. You get a report in booked jobs, not a dashboard of clicks.

Why contractor accounts bleed money
- Home services is one of the most expensive categories on Google. The average Home & Home Improvement advertiser paid US$8.33 per click and US$90.92 per lead on Search in the last twelve months.1 Non-branded search for contractors has been measured at about US$149 per lead.2 Every wasted click costs you more than it costs a dentist or a mechanic.
- Local Services Ads are cheaper per lead, and usually neglected. Measured cost per lead on LSA: about US$51 for HVAC, US$57 for plumbing, US$39 for electrical.2 Plenty of contractors either skip LSA or leave it on autopilot: wrong job types checked, budget capped at the wrong number, bad leads never disputed, reviews never requested, so the ranking sinks.
- Clicks got 12.9% more expensive in a year.3 If nobody is cutting the DIY, job-seeker and out-of-area searches every week, and nobody knows which calls turned into booked jobs, you are paying that inflation and getting nothing back for it.

How it works
-
Free written audit, then setup
You give me read-only access to your Google Ads and Local Services Ads accounts. Within 48 hours you get a written audit: where the money is leaking, what is missing, what I would do first. No call required. Keep it even if you never hire me.
Not running ads yet? I'll audit the ads your competitors are running in your city instead.
If we go ahead, setup takes two weeks: campaigns built around the jobs you actually want, Local Services Ads verified, and call tracking that counts calls and form fills, not page views.
-
Weekly management, monthly report in jobs
Every week: search terms cleaned, bids and budgets adjusted, bad LSA leads disputed, ads tested.
Every month: one page that says how many calls came in, how many were real jobs, what each one cost, and what changes next. One short call a month if you want it.
-
Your calendar fills with bookings
The goal is simple: you open your calendar and see jobs, each with the customer, the address, the problem and the time.
Add the autoscheduler and nobody in your office plays phone tag. It offers the open slots, books the job, confirms it and moves it when plans change.
Ads make the phone ring. Automations make sure somebody answers.
Most contractors lose jobs after the click: a missed call, a quote nobody followed up, a review nobody asked for. I build small automations that plug into the phone, calendar, CRM and invoicing tools you already use.
One after-hours call, handled while you're at dinner
What happens to a Local Services Ads lead at 7:42 pm with these automations on.
- The call rings out. Nobody's in the office.
- The caller gets a text:
Sorry we missed you. What's going on?
- They reply:
AC quit, upstairs is 88.
- The AI secretary asks for the address, flags it as urgent, checks your calendar and offers tomorrow's first slots.
- Booked for Wed 8:00 am. You get a push notification with the details.
- Reminder text goes out with the tech's name.
- Job closed. Invoice sent, review link sent, both on their own.
Autoscheduler, your AI secretary
Handles the schedule logistics by text: offers open slots, books the job, confirms it, reschedules when a customer cancels and keeps your calendar current.
Google Calendar, Jobber, Housecall ProMissed-call text-back
Every unanswered call gets a text in seconds, and the conversation lands in your inbox.
Works with your current numberAfter-hours AI receptionist
Answers nights and weekends, takes the job details, flags emergencies, books or texts you.
Voice AI and your calendarSpeed-to-lead follow-up
New form fill or LSA lead gets a text and an email in under a minute.
LSA, website forms, Facebook leadsQuote follow-up
Open estimates get a polite nudge on day 2, 5 and 10, in your voice.
Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, spreadsheetsReview requests
Job marked done, review link sent the same day. More reviews lift your LSA and Maps ranking.
Google Business ProfileReminders and invoices
Appointment reminders, invoice on close, a nudge when it goes unpaid, a reschedule link on cancel.
Calendar, QuickBooks, Stripe
How it's priced. The autoscheduler is US$45/month on top of ads management, or included on the annual plan. Any other automation: from US$500 to set up, plus US$99/month to host, monitor and fix it when a tool changes. Three or more: US$1,500 setup and US$199/month.
You get the login to everything. If we part ways, the automations keep running. Not running ads with me? Automations are sold on their own.
One consultant or an agency?
| What matters | Working with me | Typical agency |
|---|---|---|
| Who touches your account | Me, every week. The same person who wrote your audit. | An account manager you meet, plus a junior who does the work. |
| Monthly fee | US$300 flat, up to US$5,000 a month in ad spend. | Often US$1,500 to US$5,000, or 15 to 20% of spend. |
| Setup fee | None. | Commonly US$500 to US$1,500. |
| Contract | Month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice. | Six to twelve months is common. |
| Who owns the account | You. It lives in your Google account; I'm a manager with access you can revoke. | Sometimes the agency. Leaving can mean starting from zero. |
| Reporting | One page a month in calls and booked jobs, plus every call recording. | Dashboards of impressions, clicks and click-through rate. |
| Extra services | AI automations if you want them. No websites, SEO or social media. | Usually bundled; your ad fee pays for the overhead. |
| Coverage when I'm away | I tell you in advance, and campaigns are built to run without daily intervention. | A team covers it. |
When an agency is the better choice: ten or more locations, more than US$25,000 a month in ad spend, or if you need video, SEO and a website under one roof.
Pricing. On the page, not in a sales call.

Who this is not for
- You want a guarantee of leads or revenue. I don't give one, and I'd be careful with anyone who does.
- Your ad budget is under US$500 a month. At about US$91 per Search lead in home services, that buys fewer than six leads, too few to learn what works. Start with Local Services Ads on your own and come back when it grows.
- You want one vendor for ads, website, SEO, social media and reviews. I do Google Ads, Local Services Ads and the automations above. No websites, no SEO, no social media.
- Nobody at your company answers the phone within a few rings during business hours. The ads can make it ring; they can't pick it up.
- You run a franchise or a multi-state operation with ten or more locations. You need a team, not one person.
- You want to meet in person. I'm in Brazil and I work by video and phone.
Questions contractors ask me
You're in Brazil. How does the time zone work?
I'm one to three hours ahead of the U.S. East Coast depending on the time of year, which means I'm at my desk before you open and I cover your whole business day. Email gets an answer the same business day; calls are scheduled.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, monthly or yearly, in U.S. dollars, with an invoice you can hand to your bookkeeper. No wire transfers, no crypto, no foreign bank forms.
What do I have to give you for the free audit?
Read-only access to your Google Ads account (and Local Services Ads, if you have it). I send a two-minute step-by-step. With read-only access I cannot change anything, spend anything or see your billing. You can remove me with one click.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee what Google's auction, your competitors and your phone answering will do. What I guarantee is the work: weekly optimization, call tracking, a monthly report in jobs, and that you can leave any month.
Why would I hire someone in Brazil?
Because you get a senior person on your account for the price of a junior in the U.S. I'm not a reseller or a marketplace profile: I'm a business owner who has paid Google out of his own pocket for years. English is not a problem; you'll hear that in the first minute of the call. The time zone works in your favor. And the account lives in your Google account, in your name, with your card, so nothing about where I sit changes who owns it.
Local Services Ads or Google Search? Which should I run?
Both, usually. Local Services Ads show above everything else with the Google Guaranteed badge, you pay per lead instead of per click, and measured cost per lead for HVAC and plumbing is roughly half of regular search.2 But LSA gives you little control: no keywords, limited budget pacing, and Google decides who ranks.
Search is more expensive per lead but lets you target the exact jobs you want: a US$9,000 system install, not a US$89 filter change. Run LSA for volume and Search for the high-ticket jobs, and track both.
What is call tracking and why do I need it?
A tracking phone number on your ads and landing pages that records each call, notes which ad or keyword produced it, and tags it as a job, a quote, a spam call or a wrong number. Without it, "we got some calls" is all you'll ever know. With it, I can cut what produces spam and put the money where the booked jobs come from. You hear every recording too.
I'm not running any ads yet. Can you still help?
Yes. The free audit becomes a competitor audit: which companies in your city are running Search and LSA, what they say, and where the gap is. Then we start from zero, with LSA first if your trade qualifies.
Who writes the ads and builds the landing pages?
I write the ads. For landing pages I send specific recommendations for your existing site; I don't build websites. If your site can't take a simple landing page, I'll tell you up front.
How do I cancel?
Email me. The current month finishes, nothing renews. The account, the campaigns, the call-tracking data and the reports stay with you.
About Bruno Pellizzetti
I run several businesses in Brazil, including a SaaS I bootstrapped with Google Ads and SEO. For five years I've been the person deciding how much of my own money goes into Google Ads every month, and the person who notices when a lead costs twice what it should.
I also write code. I program in Ruby on Rails, I built a tool for people drowning in WhatsApp messages, and I teach AI through courses and tutorials. When I set up an automation for you, I'm the one building it.
That's why I talk to HVAC and plumbing owners the way I'd want to be talked to: in jobs, in dollars, in what changed this week. Not in impressions.
My goal is a global business: taking what I've learned in Brazil across borders, to owners who could use it. I'm based in Brazil, one to three hours ahead of New York, and I work in English all day.
